Image Guide — what to upload & where

Every photo slot across the site, what goes in it, the ideal size, and free-stock search terms to find it fast. Drag any image onto its slot in the live page — it saves automatically. This page is a checklist, not a public page.

The basics

A few rules that make every image look right in the NextPay layout.

Lifestyle & hero photos: landscape orientation, at least 1600×1000px, bright and uncluttered. Real people and real businesses beat staged stock. JPG is fine.

Product shots & logos: on a white or transparent background, PNG preferred. We can whiten a colored background for you — just send the best version you have.

Blog headers: landscape, at least 1600×900px, relevant to the topic but not text-heavy.
